Centric IT Solutions GmbH is consistently developing its established audit and compliance tools for SAP HCM and gradually migrating them to a modern cloud architecture. Under the name Auditloop, a new solution based on the SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) is being created that will combine checks for master data and payroll accounting in a central application.
Auditloop will combine functionalities that Centric customers have previously been able to access through the use of the on-premise tools PLK/PLK for payroll accounting checks and MADAP PA for master data checks. While Centric IT Solutions' established and highly successful billing verification is used primarily by companies in the DACH region due to the integration of regionally relevant verification rules, Auditloop is designed for international use and supports queries in different languages.
Economically viable path to the cloud
"Many of our customers have been working successfully for years with our tools, which were developed in the on-premise world and have proven their added value. At the same time, SAP and its technologies are continuing to evolve. That's why it's important to us to use our expertise and add-ons to show our existing and future customers a realistic and economically viable path to the cloud," says Steven Wernike, Managing Director of Centric IT Solutions GmbH.
The tool can be used to process data from both on-premise systems and SAP SuccessFactors for auditing purposes. Users can access and work with modern Fiori interfaces. Additional functionalities will be added gradually.
The new Centric product is being developed from scratch on the SAP BTP technology platform. Naturally, Centric's extensive technical expertise as a provider of audit and compliance tools is also being incorporated into the development process. The plan is to submit Auditloop to SAP for certification in Q4 2025. If this is successful, the product will also be available in the SAP Store.
Free choice for existing Centric customers
Existing customers are free to choose whether they want to continue using the proven on-premise solutions or switch to the new cloud product Auditloop. Centric thus guarantees long-term use of existing investments while offering a smooth, voluntary transition to the cloud – whenever it makes sense for the respective customer. For Centric customers who currently rely on the Audit & Compliance Tools and wish to continue using them as on-premise solutions, the new development will not change anything – the existing on-premise products are and will remain fully compatible with H4S4 and will continue to be maintained and serviced. Centric guarantees unrestricted support to all customers who operate SAP HCM under H4S4. “Our solutions will remain fully operational under H4S4. We are keeping our promise to our customers: those who rely on our add-ons today can continue to do so tomorrow – whether on-premise or in the cloud,” summarizes Steven Wernike.
