Centric Cloud Solutions GmbH is expanding its consulting business in the area of SAP SuccessFactors: Since the second quarter of 2025, the company has been offering its implementation and consulting services to customers in Austria for the first time.
Centric is responding to the growing demand for comprehensive support in the introduction of cloud-based HR systems throughout the DACH region. “In discussions with HR managers at Austrian companies, it became clear that there is a rapidly growing need for SAP SuccessFactors expertise combined with practical HR consulting,” explains Jens-Peter Hess, Managing Director of Centric Cloud Solutions GmbH. “With our expansion into Austria, we are focusing specifically on regional proximity and individual customer support.”
In Austria, a number of customers already rely on Centric's audit and compliance tools as well as solutions in the area of HR document management. Especially when introducing document solutions that, like SAP SuccessFactors, are developed entirely on SAP's Business Technology Platform, there are many synergies with SuccessFactors implementations.
SAP SuccessFactors with integrated Centric consulting approach
Centric supports companies in the introduction and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in the Employee Central, Recruiting, and Onboarding modules. The focus is on an integrated consulting approach to setting up a core HR system that is closely aligned with SAP Best Practices and encompasses both technical implementation and HR process consulting.
"In addition to our technological expertise from product development for the SAP cloud, we contribute our many years of project experience from Germany. We combine this with a deep understanding of the organizational requirements of modern HR work," Hess continues. “Our goal is to offer Austrian companies real added value in the digitalization of their HR processes.” The operational development of the Austrian business is being carried out by a dedicated consulting team with German-speaking SuccessFactors experts. Initial projects with customers from the industrial and service sectors are already in the planning stage.
