Centric is launching a new information portal that will provide targeted information and resources for Centric partners and, in the medium term, for customers as well. The Centric Portal serves as a central point of contact for all partners. Here you can find support for your own sales activities and customer projects. Centric currently has a partner network that includes nearly two dozen renowned SAP consulting firms as implementation partners. Five of these SAP consulting companies offer direct software licensing as resellers in addition to implementing Centric products. An initial insight into the portal's functions was provided at the 2nd Centric Partner Day in Hamburg. The portal is now available to all partners.

Enhanced Support for partners and customers

The new Centric Portal supports users with a comprehensive range of self-service options and enables the efficient exchange of knowledge, documents, and suggestions.

Key features at a glance:

- Document libraries: Access to user guides, release notes, product flyers, feature descriptions, success stories, and other sales materials.

- Knowledge base: Answers to frequently asked questions and continuously updated information.

- Feature requests: Structured recording and management of product requirements and optimization suggestions from customer projects.

"With the Centric Portal, we are creating a transparent platform that promotes knowledge sharing and makes collaboration with our partners more efficient,” says Jens-Peter Hess, Managing Director of Centric Germany. “The portal supports our joint work and helps us to implement projects in a targeted and successful manner.” Future enhancements are already planned. For example, a tool for displaying project status reports, which will further improve the planning and control of implementation projects. In a further expansion stage, it is planned that specialist users from Centric customer companies will also be able to access the portal's resources.
