With the latest Summer Release 2025, Centric Cloud Solutions is expanding the service portfolio of its digital HR products with numerous new features and improvements. The developments affect both the Centric Employee File digital personnel file and the Document Builder, Reference Letter, and Payslip Box Plus modules.

A new feature across all products is ServiceNow integration, which allows process data to be transferred directly from a workflow to, for example, ticket systems built with ServiceNow.

The Centric Employee File digital personnel file will receive, among other things, a time-based loan function, improved AES-256 document encryption, and a migration wizard for connecting to new leading master data systems. In addition, the system now also supports the parallel connection of multiple SAP HCM and SuccessFactors instances, which is particularly relevant for larger organizations with hybrid IT landscapes.

Optimized user guidance

In the area of document creation, the user guidance of Centric Document Builder has been optimized: placeholder descriptions, sorted group views, and a consistent sequence of placeholders make daily work with templates easier. In addition, user and placeholder import has been expanded to reduce administration efforts. A new SAP transport (version 2.4) also improves the connection to SAP HCM.

In the Centric Reference Letter reference generator, the display of grades can now be controlled depending on the type of reference. This enables even more targeted adaptation of interim and final references to company-specific requirements.

Letter dispatch with ePost

One of the main focuses of the Payslip Box Plus summer release is the automation of letter dispatch via ePost. The new function, implemented with the ePost API, not only enables digital documents to be sent conveniently in a fully digitized process, but also letters that are delivered by the postal service.

The solution also includes central management of templates for welcome letters and cover sheets, as well as rule-based control of mailings. The introduction of a central personal ID allows duplicate boxes to be merged. Other new features include access control, a configurable deletion notification, log data export, and advanced options for email synchronization.
