Two experts in cloud-based HR software – consulting firm Pentos and solution provider Centric – are combining their strengths to offer comprehensive solutions for the digitalization of HR processes as part of a reseller partnership. Pentos specializes in the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors. Centric develops solutions that enable HR departments to automate and digitalize all processes related to their HR documents. In addition to the Centric Employee File digital personnel file, the company also offers Document Builder, a solution for automated, process-based document generation. The portfolio is rounded off by Payslip Box Plus, a solution for the secure provision of employee documents, and the Centric Reference Letter reference generator.
“We are delighted about this close cooperation, because SAP SuccessFactors is an excellent solution for digitizing HR processes. However, the functionalities provided in the SAP standard are sometimes not sufficient to map all of our customers' requirements in detail,” says Juergen Prinz, Business Area Lead SAP HCM, Pentos. “The collaboration gives users all the document functionalities they need from a single source.”
As a reseller partner, Pentos can now expand its own SuccessFactors templates with Centric services – implementation and licensing do not incur any additional costs, but increase the benefits of the overall HR package for customers. “The partnership with Pentos gives us the opportunity to make our solutions available to an even broader customer base, including internationally,” says Jens-Peter Hess, Managing Director of Centric. “At the same time, our customers can be sure that our partner's competent experts will take care of implementation and support.”
A Centric certification program ensures that partners implement Centric solutions expertly. Centric solutions are developed on the basis of the SAP Business Technology Platform and, thanks to their deep integration, are ideally suited for setting up automated, digital HR processes in which, for example, master data is used automatically or process steps are triggered by events in SAP SuccessFactors.
