Partner training courses

To ensure that our partners can launch our products smoothly, we focus on thorough preparation and solid knowledge transfer.

Our goal is to make it irrelevant whether the expertise for the project comes directly from Centric or from you as our partner.

Building knowledge

– with Centric partner trainings

To prepare our partners as well as possible to work with our products in customer projects, we offer partner training courses for the individual Centric products. We take a two-step approach. The first training course covers sales and distribution, providing basic information about the Centric portfolio and its positioning. This is followed by targeted training courses on the individual products.

These training courses enable you, as a partner, to sell the products, independently conduct requirements workshops for implementation at our customers' sites and create appropriate technical concepts.

Each product training course includes best practices for setting up our products and offers the opportunity to accurately record customer requirements and prepare for possible customisation in a structured manner.

  • The Centric Portfolio sales and distribution training course and the product training courses are mandatory for resellers and implementation partners of Centric Cloud Solutions products.
  • The training course concludes with certification by Centric.
  • The certification is valid for one year.
  • The sales and distribution training is free of charge.
  • Centric charges an expense allowance of 200 Euro per person for each product training course.
  • Registration via the contact forms on this website is required to participate.

The courses take place online from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. The sales and distribution training course is free of charge, while the product training courses and the Process Builder training course incur an expense allowance of €200 each.
