The challenge: The SAP® standard does not provide for the creation of files for transferring information to Hamburger Pensionskasse (HPK). This has led to each customer developing their own solution. The result: complex programme packages, extensive manual rework and confusing audit requirements.

Centric has the solution

Our experts have developed a uniform approach with transparent presentation of information in infotype 0699 and the payroll results. All required wage types are stored in the payroll – divided into different contract types and tax characteristics. The data for the HPK is created from these payroll results using the HPK interface.

The use of the SAP® standard for calculating and allocating amounts ensures a smooth transition to accounting. All information is audit-proof. The specific settings of the company can be stored in customising tables of the HPK interface.

HPK has developed a binding, uniform structure for the reports. This allows member companies to submit their employee data automatically. The interface distinguishes between the run types ‘monthly run’ and ‘annual run’. In addition to the customising interface, interface programme and history management, other functionalities round off the interface's range of services.
