We strive to handle personal data with great care. We also do everything possible to protect this data from loss and/or any form of unlawful use or unauthorized processing. We employ appropriate technical and organizational measures, such as the latest innovations in the field of security.
If Centric needs to share your personal data with third parties to fulfill its obligations, we enter into processing agreements for this purpose.

Security Breach

Despite all our efforts, if a breach of intended security occurs, we handle this incident according to our internal procedure established for this purpose. Naturally, we will do everything possible to minimize the consequences of such a breach.

If the breach poses a data protection risk, we will report it to the German Data Protection Authority. Where appropriate — and in any case, when legally required — we will also inform affected individuals about the incident.

• Rectification and completion: You have the right to have your personal data corrected or completed.
• Erasure (“Right to be forgotten”): You have the right to have your personal data deleted by Centric.
• Data portability: You have the right to transfer your personal data from Centric to another party.
• Restriction of processing: You have the right to limit the processing of your personal data by Centric.
• Automated decision-making and profiling: You have the right to review decisions made by Centric that are based on automated processing.
• Objection: You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by Centric.

Centric takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. For this reason, we have appointed a Data Protection Officer who handles all questions regarding data protection rights.

Centric processes your data as transparently and carefully as possible. If you have a complaint about how your data is being processed, please first contact our Data Protection Officer at privacy@centric.eu.

At various points, Centric offers the possibility to receive informational material — such as documentation or access to webinar recordings — after entering contact information in forms on Centric’s website.

Competitors are excluded from using this option.
Competitors of Centric in Germany are providers of HR software. Centric reserves the right not to provide such information if it is requested by competitors.

Centric also reserves the right not to provide this information if the data provided by the requester in the form fields is incomplete, incorrect, or false.
