Built on SAP: Integration as your advantage

  • We develop our products on the Business Technology Platform – SAP’s future-proof, central cloud platform. This means that your solution always harmonizes perfectly with your SAP system.
  • Because our solutions are cloud-based, there is no need to assign staff to deal with issues like security, updates, or archiving.
  • The user interface is intuitive and enables easy navigation with SAP Fiori’s look and feel. Users can create documents directly from SuccessFactors HCM and manage templates.
  • Deep integration with SAP SuccessFactors HCM means documents from all modules – from recruitment to succession planning – are seamlessly used in the document creation process.
  • Users log in conveniently using single sign-on (SSO), so there is no need to re-enter a password.

  • All documents are created on the basis of predefined forms. Seamless integration with SAP eliminates potential sources of error, such as manual entries.
  • Existing master data is automatically used when creating employment contracts, transfer notifications, salary increases, time sheets, certifications, confirmations, individual letters, or form letters.
  • Events, such as an entry in SAP SuccessFactors, trigger document creation. However, it is still possible to initiate a process manually.
  • All documents created automatically comply with your corporate identity. This also applies if there are subtle differences within an organization that need to be represented, for example, for subsidiaries or national companies.
  • Workflows clearly define who is responsible for which task and the status of the individual process steps.
  • Templates are easily managed and can be easily customized. Documents can be automatically stored in the digital Centric Employee File if required.
  • Seamless integration of signature solutions means that all documents can be digitally signed if needed.
  • Despite the standardization offered by templates and processes, the HR department remains flexible – all documents can also be edited in MS Word.
  • Following implementation, your HR department will no longer need to rely on the IT department. For example, HR administrators can customize additional templates or add text modules.
