Centric HR Solutions

Centric is an international provider of software solutions, IT outsourcing, business process outsourcing, and IT and personnel services with Dutch roots.

In Germany, Centric focuses on audit and compliance tools, document processes and digital HR solutions for SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors at its locations in Essen and Hamburg.

Centric IT Solutions

As part of the Centric Group, Centric IT Solutions specializes in audit and compliance solutions in SAP HCM for the DACH region and also supports international payroll audit processes in the SAP Cloud.

In total, we serve more than 600 customers with our audit and compliance portfolio.

Centric Cloud Solutions

As part of the Centric Group, Centric Cloud Solutions develops SuccessFactors extensions for HR document processes. We offer some of the most successful products in the SAP store and are proud that they are labeled as Spotlight+ Apps by our partner SAP.

We started in the DACH region and we are growing fast. More than 150 companies in more than 25 countries already trust our BTP-based document solutions.

Centric has over 3,100 employees in Europe. The company's headquarters are located in Gouda, the Netherlands. The company operates in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Lithuania, Norway, Romania, Sweden and Switzerland. In 2023, Centric achieved a turnover of around 425 million euros. In the Netherlands, Centric serves more than 3,500 customers with over 200 software solutions.
