Centric Data Provider: Drill-down access to HR data across SAP HCM and SuccessFactors

As a data expert or administrator in HR, you often need more than what is displayed in user interfaces: you need insight into the original data tables, field names, and maintenance statuses—for example, for customizing Centric tools, checking new data, or troubleshooting master data. That's exactly what Centric DataProvider is for.

Truly understanding HR data: Direct access to tables, entities &histories

In SAP HCM, table access via SE16 is well known. In SAP SuccessFactors, a comparable way to access the underlying data tables was missing for a long time. For analysis, validation and troubleshooting, this is a real obstacle – especially when you need to know how fields are maintained and where gaps exist.

The Centric DataProvider closes this gap: You get insight directly at database level, see original tables as well as the history of data records, and can select the data as needed.

Reach all HR data with one click: DataProvider runs across all SAP HR systems, making it your bridge between SAP HCM, BTP and SuccessFactors. This gives you fast access to exactly the HR data you need – whether SAP on-premise, SAP public/private cloud or SuccessFactors.
