The next-generation audit platform for payroll processes in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors

Auditloop is the Next-Generation Audit Platform. Auditloop combines the functionality of the successful Centric on-premises tools PLK/PLK for quality assurance in payroll accounting processes and the MADAP PA master data verification tool. Designed for flexibility and acting as a bridge between SAP HCM, BTP and SuccessFactors, it is intended for the use in international corporate environments and supports queries in multiple languages.

This tool is the next evolutionary step in Centric's proven audit and compliance solutions: developed on SAP BTP, with a focus to hybrid landscapes and the integration of SAP SuccessFactors.

  • We develop our products on the Business Technology Platform – the future-proof, central SAP cloud platform. This means that your solution will always work perfectly with your SAP system.
  • Because our solutions are cloud-based, there is no need to allocate human resources to cover issues such as security, updates or archiving.
  • The user interface is intuitive and allows for easy navigation in the SAP Fiori look and feel. Users can open the digital personnel file directly from SuccessFactors HCM.
  • Thanks to deep integration with SAP SuccessFactors HCM, documents from all modules — from recruiting to succession planning — are seamlessly transferred to the digital personnel file.
  • Users conveniently log in via single sign-on (SSO), eliminating the need to re-enter their password.
  • Permissions and user roles are transferred from SAP.

  • Our solution is based on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and is operated as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution in a German data centre in Frankfurt. This ensures the highest security and data protection standards.
  • Our solutions are regularly certified by SAP and independent security experts.
  • Thanks to integration into the SAP architecture and compliance with the highest security standards, including regular external PEN tests according to OWASP Top 10 and IT-Grundschutz (BSI basic IT protection), your HR data is always secure.
  • Individual authorisation structures and secure encryption ensure that access rights are defined and that deletion and retention obligations are complied with.
  • To prove GDPR compliance, a report on stored personal data can be generated at any time.

  • The choice is yours: We are ready to accompany you on your journey to the cloud – without jeopardizing your existing investments. We remain a reliable partner for our on-premise customers. At the same time, we are following SAP's strategy and will focus our development resources primarily on the cloud.
  • Flexible transition: You decide whether you want to continue working on-premise or use the new cloud offering. From the end of 2027, we will offer attractive conversion models for existing customers.Our classic tools remain fully functional under H4S4 and will continue to be maintained.
