The user interface is intuitive and allows for easy navigation in the SAP Fiori look and feel. Users can open the digital personnel file directly from SuccessFactors HCM.
Thanks to deep integration with SAP SuccessFactors HCM, documents from all modules — from recruiting to succession planning — are seamlessly transferred to the digital personnel file.
Users conveniently log in via single sign-on (SSO), eliminating the need to re-enter their password.
Permissions and user roles are transferred from SAP.

Expansion of functionality: AuditLoop has been deliberately designed as a cloud platform intended to be expanded in stages. The first module, which focuses on master data verification, has already been launched, and further features will be added gradually.

Our solution is based on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and is operated as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution in a German data centre in Frankfurt. This ensures the highest security and data protection standards.
Our solutions are regularly certified by SAP and independent security experts.
Thanks to integration into the SAP architecture and compliance with the highest security standards, including regular external PEN tests according to OWASP Top 10 and IT-Grundschutz (BSI basic IT protection), your HR data is always secure.
Individual authorisation structures and secure encryption ensure that access rights are defined and that deletion and retention obligations are complied with.
To prove GDPR compliance, a report on stored personal data can be generated at any time.

The choice is yours: We are ready to accompany you on your journey to the cloud – without jeopardizing your existing investments. We remain a reliable partner for our on-premise customers.
