The aconso Group today announced its merger with Centric Germany. Together, aconso and Centric Germany will become the leading provider of HR document management in Europe, thereby accelerating international expansion. Centric complements the existing portfolio with complementary technological strengths and enables access to new markets. Existing services for customers will remain in place and will be further developed in a targeted manner.
aconso specializes in HR document management and invented the digital personnel file. The company supports HR departments in efficiently managing and automating documents and processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle using AI-based solutions. More than 600 customers, including globally renowned companies and organizations, use its system-agnostic solutions.
Centric Deutschland develops and operates SaaS solutions for HR processes based on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). As an SAP Sell, Service, and Build Partner, the company offers add-ons for SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors in the areas of HR document management, as well as audit and compliance. Several of its applications have been recognized by SAP as Spotlight+ Apps. In addition, Centric supports customers in implementing SAP SuccessFactors.
Now the companies are combining their strengths and integrating them across core HR processes. Solutions for document management, mapping compliance requirements, and payroll-related processes will be more closely integrated in the future and mapped within a consistent system environment. This reduces coordination efforts and minimizes manual process steps in HR work. Through this merger, customers will benefit in the long term from a broader range of solutions and services.
Both aconso and Centric Germany are known for their excellent and long-standing customer relationships. Both brands will remain reliable service providers for their customers and will also enable further growth within existing partnerships.
