Centric Cloud Solutions: Spring Release Expands HR Document Workflows with New Integration, Management, and Security Features

With the latest Spring Release, Centric is expanding several features in its Employee File, Document Builder, Payslip Box Plus, and Reference Letter solutions.

April 9, 2026

The focus is primarily on tighter integration with existing HR systems, greater flexibility in process and rule management, and additional security and administration features.

In Centric Employee File, deletion and validity rules for documents can now be defined using an expanded expression syntax. This allows for the implementation of even more complex, conditional time-based rules. In addition, this release enables the integration of Microsoft Entra ID as a master data system for synchronizing user data. This is complemented by features such as external backup options, a REST interface for bulk document import, and encrypted document delivery via email.

For the Centric Document Builder, this release primarily introduces enhancements in conjunction with SAP SuccessFactors. Documents can now be generated with current workflow data even while workflows are in progress, rather than relying exclusively on master data. Furthermore, the preview during document creation has been accelerated. Other changes include testing options for unreleased template versions, mail merge processing, and the automatic updating of document previews.

Centric Reference Letter has also been enhanced. In reference letter management, the user interface for editing text modules has been updated and supplemented with additional editing instructions. Section-specific notes can now be stored directly and displayed during reference creation via an info button. Additionally, when creating a document, the specified reference date will be used in the document name. Section-specific notes can now be entered directly and displayed via an info button during report generation. Additionally, when creating a document, the specified report date will now be used in the document name.

Several new features are also available in Centric Payslip Box Plus with this release. These include a new administration application for configuring the login and registration page without code changes, configurable password rules, and a new display for initialization tokens and their usage status. Furthermore, documents can now be sent manually as letters. In addition, export and sorting functions in the management module have been expanded, and various improvements for synchronization and user management have been implemented.

Overall, the new features aim to integrate HR document processes more closely into existing system landscapes and further simplify administrative tasks within the individual applications.
