The DSAG Annual Congress 2025 in Bremen has once again confirmed its role as an important industry gathering and an impressive platform for knowledge transfer, exchange, and innovation. Centric was one of around 180 exhibitors presenting HR document solutions, audit & compliance tools, SAP SuccessFactors implementation packages, and SAP SuccessFactors Enterprise Service Management (ESM), and enjoyed lively interest at its booth. Many of the approximately 5,300 visitors took the opportunity to learn about our solutions, talk to our team and make new contacts.

Hot topic: HR service management

In addition to its established audit and compliance tools and solutions for HR document processes, Centric also presented its new SAP SuccessFactors Enterprise Service Management (ESM) solution. This SAP solution enables HR departments to evolve into modern service organizations through the targeted use of workflows, centralized case management, and document-based self-services. It was interesting for us to see that many visitors wanted to talk about this topic in depth. We were particularly pleased with the high quality of the discussions, which provided valuable impetus for joint projects and collaborations.

Another highlight was the close exchange with our partners and SAP, which further enriched the event. The discussions clearly showed that Centric is on the right track with its products and services to best support the current and future requirements of its customers.

Centric is moving forward in sync with SAP strategy

The discussions and conversations at the trade fair were also exciting in view of the DSAG Investment Report 2025. For the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), on which Centric document solutions are developed, 40 percent of companies are planning high or medium investments (2024: 33 percent). For SuccessFactors, 25 percent (2024: 21 percent) are planning high and medium investments. This means that our portfolio is ideally positioned to support the future topics derived from the SAP strategy.

Hidden highlight: Centric lunch boxes

As every year, the popular Centric lunch boxes were a real highlight. Many visitors were happy to take them home as gifts—a nice touch that shows how much small gestures can be remembered.

Not to be forgotten is the excellent organization of the event and the location in Bremen, which, as always, proved to be a first-class venue. Both contributed significantly to the positive overall experience. In addition, the focus was on networking: as usual, the DSAG Congress provided an ideal platform for deepening existing partnerships and establishing new contacts. The positive feedback from visitors confirmed that personal encounters at events like this continue to be invaluable.

Our conclusion: The DSAG Annual Congress 2025 was a very successful event for Centric. Not only were we able to make many new contacts, but we also further sharpened our profile as a strong partner in the SAP environment. As always, the congress was worthwhile – for us, for our partners, and for all participants. We are already looking forward to the DSAG Personnel Days 2026 in Heidelberg in June 2026.
