Centric announced today that its solutions Centric Employee File and Centric Document Builder are certified by SAP as built on SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP), SAP’s platform for the Intelligent Enterprise.

Companies from various industries—from food manufacturers to machine builders and aviation to public institutions—rely on the Centric Employee File, a digital personnel file that is fully integrated into SAP. It brings together all of an employee's HR documents and data in a single view. Workflows and approvals relating to employment contracts, references, personnel master data, or internal certificates can be managed directly in the application.
Many customers also use Centric Document Builder for automated document creation. Templates, text modules, and rules enable fast and error-free document production. Current personnel data rom SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors is automatically imported, and the finished documents are stored directly in the digital personnel file. Thanks to SAP integration, creation processes can even be triggered automatically by events in SuccessFactors.
SAP labels these Centric Solutions as Spotlight+ apps. This label indicates that Centric Employee File and Centric Document Builder are among the top 2% of the most successful apps in the SAP Store.
