With the latest Autumn Release 2025, Centric Cloud Solutions GmbH is responding to the growing demands of international corporate structures. The focus is on new functions that are specifically geared toward the increasing complexity and growth of globally active organizations—particularly in the areas of access and authorization control, structure mapping, and UI standardization.
A key highlight of the release is the massive expansion of the authorization logic in Centric Employee File. New role actions enable differentiated management of user accounts, document types, master data, and process instances – each tailored to target populations and dynamic tags. These granular control options offer HR departments in corporate structures the flexibility they need to efficiently manage complex organizational units and authorization requirements.
In addition, role management has been expanded so that uploader groups can now also be managed in a targeted manner and authorizations can be assigned on an organization-specific basis. This strengthens multi-client capability and increases transparency in the authorization system.
Centric Document Builder has also been significantly expanded in terms of content and functionality: The introduction of text module, data table, and placeholder groups now enables structured organization of content—even in highly dynamic or multilingual environments. Security tags can now be applied at the group level, allowing access control to be managed centrally across multiple objects.
This is complemented by UI improvements such as the visual representation of document attachments with matching icons, new placeholder groups for integrating metadata such as page count or title, and configurable watermarks. These measures not only improve usability, but also promote consistency and compliance in document creation.
With data security and user-friendliness in mind, the new release also brings targeted improvements to Centric Payslip Box Plus. The new function for enforcing an email change during initial registration enables a secure transition from workt o private email addresses, particularly in corporate environments with many commercial employees, while complying with company-specific blacklists and authentication rules.
In addition, the logging of deletion and recovery actions has been expanded to increase traceability. This enables HR departments to operate in an audit-proof manner even as data volumes grow.
With the Autumn Release, the switch to the new SAP Horizon Theme and SAPUI5 version1.120 was completed across all products. This means that Centric's HR document solutions are now technologically up to date and benefit from a modern user interface and extended functions of the SAP platform.
