Centric will once again be presenting a comprehensive portfolio of tools, solutions, and services at DSAG Jahreskongress, this year's annual congress of the German-speaking SAP User Group (DSAG) in Bremen, enabling companies to optimally utilize and further develop their SAP systems to support digital HR processes. The company can be found at booth R1. The annual congress, which will take place from September 16 to 18, 2025, at the Congress Centrum Bremen, is the central and largest event for SAP user companies in German-speaking countries.
“Digital transformation in human resources is once again a key topic on the congress agenda this year,” says Centric Managing Director Steven Wernike. “Topics such as AI, the transformation towards S/4, and the Business Technology Platform are key drivers of change in HR as well as in other departments.”
“HR is changing, the classic HR organization can be rethought and is evolving into a service organization,” adds Jens-Peter Hess, also Managing Director of Centric. “We provide the solutions for this.” In addition to its established audit and compliance tools and solutions for HR document processes, Centric will also be presenting the new topic of SAP SuccessFactors Enterprise Service Management (ESM).With this SAP solution, HR departments can evolve into modern service organizations through the targeted use of workflows, centralized case management, and document-based self-services. Visitors can learn about the experiences of Centric's first customers with SAP ESM and how Centric solutions work with SAP ESM components.
“Solutions such as Centric Employee File or Centric Document Builder complement the SAP standard, especially for service requests where HR documents such as contracts or certificates are important,” explains Jens-Peter Hess. "Integration with SAP ESM means that all process steps are fully covered. This is just as much a unique selling point for Centric as our template-based implementation approach.“
Centric is also positioning itself more strongly as a consultant for SAP SuccessFactors in this context. ”The topic of HCM transition, in which SAP HCM users replace their infrastructure with SAP SuccessFactors, is a concern for many companies," says Jens-Peter Hess. “The focus here is on customer-friendly package solutions.”
In addition to its proven testing tools, Centric IT Solutions is also showcasing the next generation of its audit and compliance solutions: With its new solution AuditLoop Centric is currently developing a completely new, cloud-based platform for the automated verification of personnel master data and payroll accounting. The solution is based on the SAP Business Technology Platform and combines proven verification methods from existing on-premise tools with a modern operating model and a new user interface.
“The main challenge for our customers is to balance innovations such as cloud transformation with the individual requirements, investments, and regulations of the user companies,” says Steven Wernike. “We are responding to this development by bringing our audit and compliance tools to the cloud, but of course we are not leaving anyone out in the cold and therefore also support the on-premise versions of our proven audit tools.” At the same time, Centric is presenting country-specific versions of the proven MADAP and PLK/PLX tools for master data and payroll auditing in Austria and Switzerland.
Another focus of the trade fair presentation is on HR document solutions from Centric Cloud Solutions. Visitors will gain insight into the latest features of the Summer Release 2025 for Centric Employee File, Centric Document Builder, Centric Payslip Box Plus, and Centric Reference Letter – such as the ePost API or the integration of DeepL AI translations for document previews.
Visitors to the DSAG Jahreskongress can find out about specific application scenarios, reference projects, and technological roadmaps at the Centric booth. The congress brings together 5,000 to 5,500 participants and around 180 SAP partners and service providers, offering a platform for exchange, knowledge transfer, networking, and discussion of current trends and challenges in the SAP environment.
