With the Centric Success Packages you receive, at an attractive fixed price, a pre-configured, fully-fledged best-practice system for your HR based on SAP SuccessFactors.

You pay no high implementation costs; you only pay a fixed monthly fee for 36 months to Centric for the implementation, plus the licensing costs.

All packages follow a fixed methodological framework (Prepare – Explore – Realize – Deploy – Hypercare), reduce project risks and enable a quick time-to-value.

Centric uses the SAP Activate framework, SAP best practices and pre-configured system landscapes in their projects. This reduces coordination needs and gives security; projects reach time and budget targets. Modules such as Recruiting and Onboarding can be realised within 8–12 weeks.
